Zero
Pest Population Target Implementing the Integrated Pest Management (IPM) system, Terminix will control all pests by combining certain necessary methods (chemical/non-chemical) to achieve zero pest population as the target. A minimum 1 (one) year contract will be recommended for optimum result. Terminix is the 1st Pest Control Operator (PCO) that offers 2 (two) phases of services: Initial Service & Regular Service.
Initial Service
Our terminator (technician) will perform total treatment to minimize and eliminate pest population in the area. He or she will also give sanitation advices & recommendations such as nest removal, cracks & crevices sealing on where pest breed or rest that close all exit-entry access for insects and rodents. This service will be implemented during the 1st month of the whole yearly service schedule.
Regular Service.
Although we’re in the business that usually uses pesticide, utilizing a large amount of chemical substance is not our main priority in solving pest problems. For the next scheduled service visits, we use “Inspected-Treated” method with spot treatment to prevent & control re-infestation of pest from surrounding areas. We emphasize on thorough inspection to monitor, control & eliminate new insects and rodents.
3 (three) Rings Rodent Controlling System
Rodents slip in through open doors and attic or sewer. They can gnaw through furniture and electrical wires and can carry infectious diseases. Terminix invented the system that prevents rodent infestation by installing trap & bait applications around areas divided into 3 (three) bounds:

a. 1st Ring : Bait stations will be placed inside the fence (outer-perimeter) to monitor & eliminate rodents accessing from neighbour areas.
b. 2nd Ring : Bait stations will be placed outside the building wall/perimeter to monitor & eliminate rodents inside the area.
c. 3rd Ring : Bait stations/traps/glue traps will be placed inside the building to eliminate existing rodents in the building.
All bait stations & traps will be inspected & serviced by our technician.
